Job Purpose:
Provide HVAC system and application support for the commercial sales operation while applying the accumulated technical skills developed in the academic environment
Pricing call-in replacement work
Monitoring and responding to requests coming in
Responsible for entering order, submittal and coordinating pick up or delivery
Responding to quote requests coming in from dedicated Quick Quote phone line
Enter orders in vendor systems including but not limited to Sales Pro/Quote Builder, SAP and Trend
Estimate plan and spec jobs that are less than $25,000, as needed.
Act as expert and answer parts counter questions in regards to commercial equipment.
Act as expert and answer BSR/TM questions when they are outside residential scope.
Seek out training opportunities to expand product knowledge and understand processes to enhance the customer’s experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
3 years Administrative Assistant experience
2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred
2 years customer service experience
Proficient computer skills in MS Office
SAP experience, a plus
Proven multitask skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Work cooperatively with others
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Travel Requirement:
0% travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
