Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: Up to $150,000 DOE

We are hiring a Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Project Manager with strong field and jobsite leadership experience. You will lead plumbing installations on multi-story commercial and industrial projects (up to ~$5M), ensuring safe, on-time execution and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Plan, schedule, and execute commercial plumbing scopes

• Manage crews, subcontractors, and onsite coordination

• Oversee submittals, RFIs, budgets, and change orders

• Maintain quality, safety, and inspection compliance

Qualifications

• Field-based plumbing leadership experience

• Proven ability leading commercial/industrial projects 

• Commitment to safety and quality

• Strong communicator and problem solver
