A day in the life at Total Comfort Group
Your morning begins with a quick pre-trip check of your company vehicle and a glance at the day’s service calls on your company-issued phone. First stop: a rooftop unit that’s short-cycling. You review the wiring diagram, verify airflow, trace a control signal, and bring the system back online. Midday, you complete a preventive maintenance tune-up on a split system—filters, belts, refrigerant levels, and a full operational test. Before the afternoon wraps, you commission a newly installed package unit, document readings, and walk the customer through findings and next steps. Throughout, you work safely, communicate clearly, and close each ticket with accurate details—all hallmarks of a Commercial HVACR Field Service Specialist at Total Comfort Group.
