Commercial HVAC Technician

Immediate openings are available for technicians with 3 to 7 years of commercial field experience. Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Team player who has your coworkers’ backs
• Expertise in HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong work ethic with pride in high-quality work
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (AHUs, VAVs, Chillers, Boilers, etc.)
• Comfortable using Android & iOS apps—our service management is fully digital

Duties:

• Diagnose HVAC system failures efficiently, seeking technical support from company or vendor resources when necessary
• Provide timely updates on work orders, including parts on hold, quotes needed, safety concerns, and follow-up work
• Ensure work orders are completed or paused before leaving job sites; order parts and get the next assignment from dispatch
• Perform vehicle maintenance using company-issued cards, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of various HVAC systems; complete site surveys and equipment assessments as requested by clients
• Be available for emergency after-hours service calls and on-call rotations
• Collaborate effectively with other trades within the company as part of a high-performing team
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members

Salary Range: $40,000+ (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Experience Requirements:

• HVAC service: 4 years (Preferred)
• HVAC troubleshooting: 2 years (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications:

• EPA Certification (Preferred)

Work Authorization:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
