Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and be able to perform a variety of tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and VRF systems

- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any HVAC-related problems

- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours

- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service calls

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a commercial HVAC technician

- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and their components

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- EPA Universal Certification preferred
