We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial buildings. This role requires hands-on experience with various HVAC equipment and systems, including Chillers, Heat Pumps, Carrier, Trane, Furnaces, Cooling, Air Conditioning, HVAC Systems, HVAC Installation, and Boilers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial repair and new facility set up, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Travel to commercial buildings and businesses to perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Work with blueprints, schematics, or designs to install systems and components.
• Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components. This includes Chillers, Heat Pumps, Carrier, Trane, Furnaces, Cooling, Air Conditioning, HVAC Systems, HVAC Installation, and Boilers.
• Provide on-site installation and repairs, ensuring all work is done to code.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop optimal solutions for customers.
• Complete all required documentation for service orders, timesheets, and expense reports.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and installation.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and their components, including Chillers, Heat Pumps, Carrier, Trane, Furnaces, Cooling, Air Conditioning, HVAC Systems, HVAC Installation, and Boilers.
• Proficient in commercial repair and new facility set up.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• HVAC certification or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including the ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
