Commercial HVAC Service Technician - Part Time

A well-established and multi-branch commercial contractor (Fire Suppression, HVAC, and Electrical) is immediately looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to cover Joliet to Kankakee, IL. This is a part-time role with guaranteed 30 hours/week; and may turn into full-time.

HVAC/R Techs will inspect, install, troubleshoot, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems, including but not limited to, RTU's, A/C, heat pumps, cooling towers, freezers (reach in, walk in, stand up), coolers, temperature controlled systems (i.e. Liebert), air handlers, etc.; mentor techs and oversee projects.

SHIFT: Days, Monday - Friday. On-Call Rotation every 3 Weeks.

 SUPPRESSION TECHNICIAN JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• EPA Universal
• At least five (5) years servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems
• Experience servicing Liebert HVAC equipment considered a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks (Criminal, MVR, Physical, and Drug Testing)
