You know commercial HVAC. You can track down a tough problem, talk a customer through the fix, and get a system running right. Now imagine doing that work with 18–20 other technicians behind you, a boss who supports the team, and a schedule that leaves room for your life outside work.

I’m hiring a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician for an established Charlotte team that has been recognized as a top workplace for multiple consecutive years. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical challenge of commercial service and wants to be part of a strong, experienced crew.

    • Company truck provided
    • An 18–20 person technician team for support and coverage

    • Overtime is available if you want it, with very little pressure to take it
    • Employee ownership and profit sharing, including paid dividends
