Our team is made up of skilled professionals who take ownership of their work, support one another, and consistently put customer satisfaction first.Compensation $35.00 - $50.00 per hourCompensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and demonstrated performance.Benefits PackageComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Short-Term Disability coverage, Company-Matched 401(k), Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays.Work ScheduleStandard hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch breakParticipation in a rotating after-hours emergency service scheduleAdditional evening or weekend work may be required depending on customer needsKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including:Water-cooled and air-cooled chiller systemsCooling tower equipmentBoilers and circulation pumpsAir handling and ventilation systemsPackaged rooftop units and split systemsEvaluate equipment conditions and provide informed recommendations regarding repair or replacement optionsResearch and identify required replacement components and manufacturer-supported solutionsCommunicate technical findings, recommendations, and project updates effectively with customers and coworkersRespond to emergency service calls as part of the on-call rotationMaintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle, tool inventory, and workspaceAccurately document all service-related activities using company-provided software, including:Labor and time recordsCompleted work details and service outcomesEquipment information and condition reportsCustomer approvals and signaturesProvide regular updates to the Service Manager and Service Coordinator regarding job status and customer needsUtilize tablets, laptops, and company systems to complete reporting and documentation requirementsReporting StructureThis position reports directly to the Service Manager.Minimum RequirementsThree or more years of commercial HVAC service experience with professional references available upon requestSolid understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, controls, diagnostics, and repair proceduresDemonstrated ability to assess equipment condition and recommend the most cost-effective course of actionStrong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitudeAbility to accept responsibility, make decisions, and contribute as a team leader when necessaryEPA Universal Certification is requiredAbility and willingness to travel for service assignments as neededProfessional appearance and conduct at all timesSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with limited supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate service documentationCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
