Earn 35–55 per hour while servicing commercial HVAC and mechanical systems throughout the Austin area. This position includes a take-home company truck and fuel card, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to work with equipment including VRF/VRV systems, chillers, boilers, VFDs, controls, and central plants.
Pay: 35–55 per hour, based on experience and technical knowledge

Monday–Friday schedule, generally 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
On-call rotation approximately once every five weeks

Perform service, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Identify equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions
Work across a variety of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service and repairs
Complete accurate, efficient, high-quality service work

3+ years of HVAC trade experience
Hands-on commercial HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
VRF/VRV systems
Air- or water-cooled chillers
VFDs
Building control systems
Boilers or central plant equipment
Candidates are not required to have experience with every system listed. Strong experience with one or more commercial systems may be considered in place of broader equipment experience.
