Confidential has an immediate need for a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager / Field Supervisor in the Southampton, PA area. This opportunity is ideal for a commercial service manager or a senior field supervisor ready to move into service management. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. This is a field leadership role, not facilities management.
- Oversee service-call response, maintenance, repairs, and installations across commercial buildings in the Southampton area.
Act as field supervisor for multiple crews and locations.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Oversee installation, replacement, calibration, and repair of equipment and controls, including motors, compressors, coils, contactors, transformers, and thermostats.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Prioritize safety procedures and enforce company policies.
Lead and manage multiple crews working at different locations.
Support preventive-maintenance programs.
- Deep commercial HVAC service experience; 20+ years preferred.
Experience with RTUs, DX split systems, SCAV units, boilers, ductless splits, chillers, cooling towers, water- and air-source heat pumps, and VRF systems.
EPA Universal certification preferred.
Clean driving record.
Strong leadership, field-supervision, and customer-service skills.
- $45-$60 per hour, with compensation potential up to approximately $125,000-$150,000 annually depending on role and overtime.
