H & H Mechanical is looking for a driven Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Specialist to join our growing team! This position focuses on outside sales and cold calling with the goal of building long-term customer relationships and selling HVAC maintenance memberships.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business through door-to-door sales and cold calling
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
- Promote maintenance memberships and service agreements
- Work independently to achieve and exceed sales goals
· Built pipeline through autonomous lead generation and relationship development
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (outside or B2B preferred)
- HVAC knowledge or industry experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
