That’s a typical day for our Commercial HVAC Retrofit & Changeout Specialist—hands-on installation work across retrofits, changeouts, and new construction.

What you’ll build and install
- Commercial HVAC systems: RTU replacements, WSHP system installs, and cooling tower swaps.
- Piping systems: layout and install of grooved iron pipe and associated supports.
- Residential and commercial installs and repairs as needed across the portfolio.
- Precision work: plumbing, welding, and refrigeration piping/brazing for clean, code‑compliant installs.
- End‑to‑end quality: troubleshoot mechanical issues, document work digitally, and close out tasks on time.
Who succeeds here
- 3+ years as an HVAC installer/technician with strong mechanical diagnostics.
- Comfort working alongside property maintenance and construction teams.
- Detail‑driven problem solver with clear, professional communication.
- Hands‑on skill in plumbing, welding, and refrigeration techniques (a plus).
- Experience in central plants and chilled water systems (a plus).
- Clean AZ driver’s license and a drug‑free work style.
Schedule & pay
- Permanent, full-time position (not seasonal).
- Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
