Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment tune-ups.
- Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, airflow, and control system issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
- Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs to customers.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, and ventilation equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), Direct Digital Controls (DDC), and HVAC controls is a plus.
