TechPro Mechanical is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team in Westfield, Indiana.
We provide commercial HVAC and refrigeration service throughout Indiana for restaurants, retail locations, healthcare facilities, and other commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Service rooftop units, split systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
- Document work and communicate findings clearly
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of relevant service experience preferred
- EPA 608 certification
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, dependable, and committed to quality work
Compensation and Benefits:
- $35–$50+ per hour, based on experience
