Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Install new HVAC/R equipment and systems as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- EPA certification is a plus.
