Our values-Execute, Protect, Improve, and Character-drive every job we do.The RoleAs a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC/R issues will ensure the efficient operation and optimal performance of our clients' HVAC/R systems.What You'll Do:Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems.Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems.Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.Communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet.Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.Participates in an on-call rotation.
