About the Job:
Looking for qualified journeyman/foreman installers for new construction, tenant finish and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, developing apprentices, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Journeyman licensed in commercial HVAC/sheet metal.
  • Proven leadership experience running crews on jobsites.
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage productivity and keep projects on schedule.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise field crews on commercial HVAC/sheet metal installations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
  • Plan daily work to maintain productivity and meet project schedules.
  • Install and oversee installation of ductwork and HVAC systems.
  • Train and mentor apprentices.
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
  • Maintain daily reports, track labor hours, and manage materials.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company standards.
