Commercial HVAC Job Foreman

Looking for a dependable Commercial HVAC Job Foreman with at least 7 years experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

-         Work directly with property managers, facility directors and general contractors with professionalism.

-         Supervise, guide & train junior technicians and apprentices.

-         Ability to read & understand mechanical drawings/blue prints.

-         Work independently on Installing RTU’s, VRF systems, chillers, boilers and duct systems.

-         Duct installation of all types.

-         Maintain work schedule for crew.

-         Organize material ordering.

-         Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex commercial HVAC systems.

-         EPA Certification

-         OSHA Certification

-         Valid Driver’s License
