Commercial HVAC Installation Technician
Location: Field-Based | Full-Time
Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00/hour depending on experience and certifications
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for qualified candidates

We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Installation Technician to support new construction and retrofit projects across a variety of commercial job sites. This role is ideal for someone who is confident reading plans, working alongside other trades, and delivering high-quality installations that hold up long after the job is complete.

What You'll Be Doing
Install commercial HVAC systems including ductwork, rooftop units, split systems, and related equipment
Interpret blueprints, project specifications, and construction documents to ensure accurate installations
Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and internal teams on job site progress
Ensure installations meet quality standards, code requirements, and company expectations
Troubleshoot installation challenges and adjust as needed without compromising quality
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Support and collaborate with apprentices and other team members in the field
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
Experience working on active construction job sites with multiple trades
Ability to work overtime or weekends when project demands require it
High level of professionalism when interacting with customers and job site partners
