What you will do

• Supervise and execute commercial HVAC installations, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs.
• Diagnose and correct faults involving boiler plants, chiller systems, cooling towers, and rooftop units (RTUs).
• Implement maintenance schedules and verify quality control on all service activities.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, local building codes, and safety protocols.
• Coach and mentor junior technicians; lead on‑the‑job training and troubleshooting sessions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to streamline scope, schedule, and outcomes.
• Complete accurate service records, documentation, and customer reporting.
• Respond to urgent service calls and manage swift, lasting resolutions.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and present energy‑efficient recommendations.

What you bring

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience with emphasis on boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Advanced understanding of commercial systems, components, and controls.
• EPA Universal Certification required; additional HVAC credentials preferred.
• Blueprint and schematic literacy; strong technical interpretation skills.
• Expert troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution.
• Leadership and crew supervision experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast‑moving team.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
