TradeWorX is seeking an experienced Commercial Framing Carpenter for an immediate opportunity in New Berlin, PA. This position is intended for a carpenter who can independently perform commercial framing work, maintain accurate layout and production standards, and work effectively with limited supervision. TradeWorX's goal is to provide long-term employment opportunities, with strong performers potentially transferring to other TradeWorX sites as projects and workforce needs change.
Pay & Schedule:
- $25.00 $29.00 per hour based on verifiable framing experience
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Immediate start
- Overtime may be available based on project needs
- Continued TradeWorX employment and potential transfer opportunities may be available based on performance and future project demand

Job Duties:
- Independently frame commercial walls, partitions, openings, and related structural components
- Perform layout using measurements, plans, levels, squares, and established control points
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing materials accurately and efficiently
- Work with commercial framing systems and maintain proper spacing, alignment, plumb, and level
- Safely operate standard carpentry hand and power tools in an active commercial construction environment
- Maintain production, workmanship, housekeeping, and jobsite safety standards
Requirements:
- 3 4 years of verifiable carpentry and framing experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform commercial framing independently with limited supervision
- Experience with commercial wall layout, framing installation, measurements, and material takeoffs related to assigned work
- Working knowledge of tape measures, levels, squares, saws, drills, impact drivers, and common framing tools
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
