We’re seeking an experienced Resinous Flooring Sales Professional to develop business throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands industrial flooring systems and can guide customers from the initial conversation through the sale.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and pursue new resinous and industrial flooring opportunities.

• Build relationships with general contractors, facility managers, owners, and decision-makers.

• Meet with customers to understand project requirements and recommend flooring solutions.

• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams on proposals, scope, and project handoffs.

• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up on bids, and close business.

• Grow existing accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of industrial flooring sales experience, with an emphasis on resinous flooring.

• Knowledge of epoxy, urethane, and related resinous flooring systems.

• Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• The ability to manage a territory and pursue opportunities independently.

• A customer-focused approach and commitment to follow-through.
