    Gordie Boucher's Ford Pro Elite Center of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire a Commercial Fleet Technician

    POSITION: Gordie Boucher's Ford Pro Elite Center of Menomonee Falls is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Fleet Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience working on medium- and heavy-duty gas & diesel trucks, vans, trailers, and fleet equipment while ensuring all vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant with DOT and company standards. Duties include:
     
    • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial fleet vehicles
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine issues
    • Conduct inspections and complete DOT compliance checks
    • Repair brakes, suspension systems, steering components, drivetrains, and electrical systems
    • Use diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot vehicle problems
    • Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
    • Ensure shop safety standards and procedures are followed
    • Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with management
    • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

    REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of experience working on commercial or fleet vehicles. Experience with diesel engines a plus. Must be ASE certified.  Must have a good attitude, excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are necessary. Drug testing required!
