As a Commercial Fit-Out Superintendent in New York City, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities for commercial interiors projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to successfully deliver high-profile tenant fit-outs and interior renovations throughout Manhattan.

Description

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for commercial fit-out projects in Manhattan.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain project schedules and quality expectations.
• Review project plans and specifications to guide field work and address site needs.
• Monitor site conditions and work practices to promote safe construction operations.
• Track daily progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to keep work moving.
• Identify field issues and work with project teams to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site records, and project documentation.

Profile

A successful Commercial Fit-Out Superintendent should have:

• Experience overseeing commercial fit-out construction projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and daily construction activities.
• Ability to read and apply construction plans and specifications.
• Experience managing site logistics, deliveries, and field schedules.
• Ability to maintain daily reports and clear project documentation.

Job Offer
