Responsibilities The Opportunity The primary purpose of the Commercial Finance Manager is to lead all finance processes within the Market Unit (MU) and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for developing short- and long-term financial plans, optimizing resource allocation, managing budgets, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and ensuring sustainable profitability. As a key member of the MU Leadership Team, this position reports directly to the CARICAM CFO and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Puerto Rico General Manager. Your Impact Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Follow up key metrics and P&L KPI analysis Oversee budgeting processes and ensure cost efficiency. Lead the profitability forum to provide visibility to the leadership team regarding the channels and brands profitability, risks and opportunities. Assess the financial impact and benefits of commercial initiatives (Business Proposals), action plans, strategies, projects, post-implementation analyses of business strategies, and contingency plan proposals, with the objective of identifying and implementing corrective actions that enable the achievement of business objectives. Deep dive into financial data to create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required actions and effectively frame decisions to be made by the leadership team. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Identify financial risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies or reinvestment in the business Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar +8 years of experience in finance and planning Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Able to work independently and takes initiative Experience developing financial reports and metrics Strategic thinking, aligning financial strategies with business goals Strong financial & analytical acumen Microsoft strong skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP) Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adapt to constant changes Quick learner and intellectual curious to learn and apply different tools and process.
