Schedule:
  • Mondays & Thursdays: Onsite in Dallas
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays: Travel to agencies (mileage reimbursed)



Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Field Sales Coach to support agency partners in driving commercial lines growth. This is not a quota‑based sales role —instead, the focus is on mentoring, training, and providing hands‑on support to help agencies close business. The role combines in‑office coaching with field travel, offering guidance on pipeline development, carrier placement strategies, and live deal execution.
Key Details
  • Experience:2–5 years in personal/commercial lines insurance
Responsibilities
  • Provide insurance guidance and coaching to agency partners to grow commercial lines business.
  • Mentor agency principals, account managers, and producers on commercial sales best practices.
  • Provide in‑person coaching, pipeline support, and carrier placement guidance.
  • Review and finalize new business applications, quotes, and bind requests.
  • Assist with complex placements and E&S opportunities.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and deliver training sessions.
  • Partner with agencies on renewals, remarketing, and pipeline growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with agency partners and carriers.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of insurance experience (commercial or personal lines).
  • Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high‑volume transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presence and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
