COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR – CARPENTRY / INTERIORS – 2 OPENINGS!

A well-established commercial contractor in the Cleveland area is hiring TWO Estimators with a carpentry, interiors, or specialty construction background to join their growing team! This role offers $90,000 - $120,000 with flexibility for the right candidate, long-term stability, and real career growth.

ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

️ 5+ years of estimating experience in carpentry, interiors, or specialty commercial construction

️ Ability to review drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and bids

️ Experience with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid leveling, and pricing

️ Strong understanding of means, methods, and construction sequencing

️ Sharp eye for scope gaps and cost risks

️ Commercial carpenters, carpentry foremen, interior construction pros, superintendents, assistant estimators, and precon professionals ready for the next step are encouraged to apply
