Commercial Embroidery Production Specialist

What you’ll do

• Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce custom-branded apparel and promotional products
• Set up jobs: hooping, file loading, thread sequencing, and test sew-outs
• Monitor runs, verify stitch quality, perform minor troubleshooting, and keep production on schedule
• Conduct quality inspections and prep completed items for packaging and shipment

Who you’ll serve

Corporate, retail, healthcare, hospitality, athletic, and promotional clients—projects include logos, uniforms, polos, jackets, hats, bags, team apparel, and more.

What you need to bring

• 3 years of embroidery sewing/commercial machine operation, textile manufacturing equipment, or similar experience (required)
• Basic computer skills (required)
• Embroidery file setup/programming experience (preferred)
