TradeWorX is hiring 2 experienced Journeyman Commercial Electricians for long-term opportunities in the
Carlisle and Shippensburg, PA areas. This position involves electrical installation on new-build commercial construction projects, including conduit installation, wire pulling, fixture installation, and panel terminations.
We are looking for dependable electricians who take pride in quality workmanship, work safely, and are interested in continued employment opportunities as TradeWorX projects progress.

Pay, Overtime, and Schedule- Pay: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Overtime may be available as the project progresses.

Job Duties- Install commercial electrical wiring in new-build construction environments.
- Measure, bend, and install different types of electrical conduit.
- Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring.
- Install electrical fixtures, devices, and associated components.
- Perform electrical panel terminations and connections.
- Work alongside electrical crews to maintain productivity, quality, and safe jobsite practices.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of verifiable commercial electrical experience.
- Experience bending and installing conduit.
- Ability to pull wire, install fixtures, and perform electrical terminations.
- Working knowledge of commercial electrical installation methods and jobsite safety.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred but not required.
- Ability to work consistently on a Monday–Friday day shift and interest in continued TradeWorX project opportunities.
Ideal Candidate- Experienced commercial electrician comfortable performing assigned electrical work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assignments.
- Safety-conscious with strong attention to workmanship and electrical installation quality.
- Comfortable working on active new-construction jobsites.
