Our field teams are supported throughout the job, from layout and material coordination to RFIs, inspections, closeout, and final turnover. Electricians work with experienced foremen, general foremen, superintendents, project managers, purchasing support, scheduling support, vendor accounts, equipment coordination, and in house engineering resources to help keep projects organized, moving, and professionally executed.

BLVD Electric continues to invest in its field team through company issued technology, access to plans and project documents, organized material channels, equipment coordination, training opportunities, advancement paths, and role based resources designed to help strong performers grow.

We offer real company benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), 401(k) matching, paid time off, retirement plan, parental leave, professional development assistance, employee assistance program, and employee discount programs. These align with the benefit categories already listed in the current Indeed posting.

Many people at BLVD Electric have grown with the company, stayed with the company, advanced their careers, and taken on greater responsibility as we have expanded. Strong electricians have a path here, whether that means becoming a stronger journeyman, lead electrician, foreman, senior foreman, general foreman, superintendent, or moving into expanded leadership opportunities over time.
