We’re representing a top-tier drywall contractor in the Orlando area that’s looking to bring on a talented, experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator. This is a dual-role position where your expertise in both project execution and accurate estimating will make a real impact. If you’re ready to lead commercial drywall projects from bid to closeout, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage commercial drywall projects from pre-construction to closeout

• Prepare precise estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages

• Coordinate with GCs, architects, and field crews for smooth execution

• Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders

• Leverage tools like On-Screen Takeoff to streamline your workflow

• Drive team performance and ensure high-quality results

️ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating

• Strong proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (required)

• Deep understanding of construction sequencing and Division 9 scope

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
