Truck Driver Nation is recruiting experienced communicators to help qualify professional CDL drivers and connect them with suitable transportation opportunities.

The Commercial Driver Recruiter will manage candidate communication, review driver qualifications, and help applicants progress toward available placements.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review incoming CDL driver applications
• Communicate with candidates regarding experience and qualifications
• Screen applicants for basic carrier requirements
• Discuss available opportunities with qualified drivers
• Maintain accurate recruiting notes and applicant records
• Follow up throughout the recruiting process
• Help drivers understand application and placement requirements
• Coordinate candidate progress with recruiting team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Organized approach to candidate follow-up
• Comfortable working with professional drivers
• Ability to maintain multiple active candidates
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, email, and online recruiting tools
• Transportation, recruiting, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful
• CDL or trucking-industry knowledge is valuable
