Commercial Director - Off Highway/Commercial Vehicle

Our client is an international market leader in mechanical applications for the Off Highway, Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Vehicle OEM Markets. Prioritize different stages of build out plans between strategy, sales, business development, hiring and more.

• Set commercial priorities for the Sales department and align activities with business goals.
• Develop sales plans that support revenue targets and customer needs.
• Prioritize different stages of build out plans between strategy, sales, business development, hiring and more.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to strengthen commercial results. Ideal fit is not afraid to work directly with customers.
• Hire, onboard, manage and train a sales team.
• Review sales performance and use findings to guide business decisions.
• Identify new sales opportunities and help expand the company's customer base.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate commercial activity and customer commitments.
• Present commercial updates, priorities, and results to relevant stakeholders.

• Salary of $160,000 - $180,0000 base salary + 15-20% bonus
