What you'll do:
The Commercial Demand Planning Manager supports the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, as well as partnering with country sales zones to improve country forecast maturity and refine market assumptions for longer term forecasts. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining key demand, supply, inventory, and operational data to support effective decision-making across the business.
You will be working closely with country leadership teams, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Strategy functions, the Commercial Demand Planning Manager helps translate market trends, business strategies, and growth plans into aligned demand and supply assumptions. The role serves as a key analytical partner to the SIOP Manager while developing expertise across forecasting, supply chain planning, and strategic business planning. In this tole you will be partnering with country, regional, and business leaders to gather, validate, and refine market assumptions that support the SIOP process.
