In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificate of insurance, renewals, Respond to billing inquiries and coverage questions. In addition you will Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) within same day of request
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals within same day
• Respond to billing inquiries and coverage questions
• Maintain client files, documentation, and follow-up tasks
• Provide day-to-day support to commercial clients
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients

• Prior experience in commercial insurance (required)
• Active Property & Casualty License (required)
• Strong attention to detail and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized and proactive mindset
• Must register P&C license in California and Texas
