Experience reviewing and resolving chargeback claims and pricing discrepancies. Experience working with distributors, customers, and internal business partners. Experience maintaining claim documentation and supporting contract compliance. Experience generating reports and identifying recurring issues and trends.Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems. Experience with SAP AS400 Vistex Power BI or similar systems preferred.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Accountability. Customer focus. Collaboration. Adaptability.Responsibilities: Review, research, and resolve chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims. Validate claim data and investigate exceptions. Communicate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution. Maintain accurate claim documentation and records. Generate reports and identify recurring issues or trends. Utilize ERP systems reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
