Commercial Construction Superintendent - Interiors - DC/MD
The Commercial Construction Superintendent - Interiors - DC/MD will:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations while working closely with senior project leadership.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety while participating in safety meetings and inspections.
- Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and schedule updates.
- Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure deficiencies are resolved promptly.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with project managers and superintendents.
- Support and mentor junior field personnel and trade partners as needed.
- Contribute to successful project execution across healthcare, office, hospitality, educational, and industrial interior construction projects.

The Commercial Construction Superintendent - Interiors - DC/MD will have:
- 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership role.
- Experience managing commercial construction or interior renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite logistics.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships in the field.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Desire to take on increased responsibility and grow into managing projects independently.
The Commercial Construction Superintendent - Interiors - DC/MD will receive:
- Base salary: $100,000 - $115,000
- Car allowance
- Company-paid travel expenses through company card
