Reporting directly to the company owner, this role demands commercial rooftop solar experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure safety and quality across job sites. Frequent regional travel is required to coordinate and oversee operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and resources for commercial rooftop solar projects
• Lead and coordinate teams of 6-15 workers on-site
• Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and OSHA standards
• Oversee quality control and site inspections to maintain high standards
• Coordinate schedules and communication between vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports for company leadership
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective team leadership
• Travel frequently across regions to supervise multiple project locations
