Commercial Construction Senior Estimator

A well-established commercial construction company in the Greater Harrisburg / Mechanicsburg, PA area is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities
• Work closely with Project Management and Operations
• Lead estimating efforts on larger commercial projects

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong hard-bid estimating background preferred
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
