Commercial Construction Scheduler

gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Commercial Construction industry. We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have experience in scheduling within the construction industry and are looking to work for a company with an excellent culture that values family and takes care of their employees.

Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and track project progress and update schedules as needed
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders

Scheduler Essential Job Functions:
- Proficient in scheduling software such as Procore or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
