What Youll Do:

Generate and develop new commercial construction opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet with customers to understand project goals and building needs Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams Attend networking events and municipal meetings Follow up with current and past customers regarding future projects

What Were Looking For:

3+ years of sales, construction, or related experience Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills Ability to read blueprints and understand building concepts Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred
