Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on schedule and within budget
• Experience coordinating owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects and proactively address challenges
• Self-motivated leader who works well in a team-oriented environment
