Our client is a reputable general contractor in New Haven, CT and handles projects in New Haven, CT area and throughout Connecticut. The general contractor handles a blend of ground up construction projects and interior projects, focusing on the commercial space. The Commercial Construction Project Manager - Retail is open due to growth and strong pipeline.
Coordinate and manage all phases of retail construction projects, from planning to delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Address and resolve project issues, changes, and delays promptly and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.
Ensure all documentation, permits, and approvals are in place and up to date.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve project goals.
