Established general contractor with strong client relationships and full pipeline building large scale projects across the nation.
Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders. Lead project meetings and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction. Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to support project success. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project outcomes.

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have: 5-7 yrs experience with managing commercial construction projects from start to finish up to $20M. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a busy environment.
