The Project Manager will report to regional operational leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project financials, client relationships, schedules, and team coordination while partnering closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls. Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes. Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation. Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance. Support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and fostering repeat business opportunities.

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, or institutional construction. Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $5 million to $70 million+. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, estimating reviews, and contract administration. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams. Experience with industrial, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, education, retail, or office projects is highly preferred. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel regionally as project needs require.
