• Coordinate and manage all project phases from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance.
• Oversee quality control to ensure project specifications are met.

Competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000.
