Commercial Project Manager

Reporting into senior leadership, the Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects throughout the full lifecycle while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

  • Lead commercial construction projects from initiation through final closeout
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control activities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, consultants, and project partners
  • Manage change orders and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and key stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

For the Commercial Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting
  • Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution
  • Demonstrated success handling owner communications and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of contract administration and change order management
  • Experience with public-sector projects is highly preferred
  • Exposure to aviation, transportation, government, or financial institution projects is advantageous
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Assistant Project Managers with a proven track record and readiness to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply
