Job Description
- Manage construction projects from start to finish with a focus on timelines and cost control
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Lead regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Oversee procurement processes and subcontractor agreements

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
- Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
