    Commercial Construction Project Manager
    Location: Dallas, TX
    Job Type: Full-Time
    Compensation: $95,000+ DOE, plus bonus opportunities and excellent benefits

    About the Opportunity

    A well-established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join its team. This organization has an impressive portfolio of ground-up and renovation projects throughout the DFW area and continues to experience steady growth.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys leading projects from award through closeout while partnering closely with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
    • Oversee contracts, subcontractor scopes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Partner closely with field Superintendents to ensure successful project execution.
    • Coordinate with Project Coordinators and internal support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Monitor project costs, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues.
    • Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
    • Participate in scope reviews and project planning activities.
    • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
    • Demonstrated experience managing projects from cradle to grave.
    • Experience with ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, contracts, and scheduling.
    • Proficiency with:
      • Procore
      • Bluebeam
      • Microsoft Excel
      • Microsoft Project
      • Microsoft Outlook
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • PMP certification is a plus but not required.
